FAQ
How will it take to depot and organize my kit?
I normally dedicate a week per kit, often finishing earlier. Cosmetics depot at different rates, and it depends on the size of your kit. Email me video of your kit, and I'm happy to provide a time estimate.
What does it cost?
I charge an hourly rate, plus the retail cost of consumables such as palettes, bottles, and organizers. Client is free to source their own consumable products.
Can I send you my kit in the mail?
I accept liquids, creams, and loose powders by mail. Everything else is for physical drop-off and pick-up in Los Angeles. I'm also available for destination work upon request.
Do you re-press or melt product?
We strive to keep the integrity of the product. We only re-press or melt product upon request.
Do you do kit splits?
Yes, I've done many kit splits. This is a great option if you have more than one kit, or if you'd like to share products with another artist.
What if I need my kit while you're working on it?
We have a few options here. You can drop your kit off in batches, temporarily keeping what you need for your job. Expedites are also available upon request.
